Website terms
Effective August 20, 2026 · Last reviewed August 20, 2026
These terms govern access to the NovaThrive corporate website. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to use the site lawfully. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and NovaThrive LLC, a software company established in Wyoming, United States, in June 2026. They apply to the public pages, text, artwork, and other content made available at novathrive.io (the "site"). The site is an informational company presentation and is not a subscription service, store, account system, or offer of a currently available product.
2. Roadmap and availability
The site may describe products, ideas, capabilities, or areas of exploration. A label such as "coming soon" or "in development" is a statement of present intent, not a promise of launch, timing, features, pricing, compatibility, support, or continued availability. We may change, pause, or remove roadmap information as development progresses. Do not rely on a roadmap statement as a commitment or as professional, financial, legal, health, travel, or safety advice.
3. Acceptable use
You may view and use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- violate applicable law or another person's rights;
- interfere with, overload, disrupt, probe, or bypass the site's security;
- introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access to the site or its hosting layer;
- scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, or systematically extract content in a way that burdens the site or misrepresents its source;
- impersonate NovaThrive or use the site to send unsolicited or deceptive communications; or
- remove ownership notices or present site content as your own.
4. Intellectual property
The NovaThrive name, brand mark, site design, text, illustrations, code, and other site content are owned by NovaThrive LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to access and view the site for personal or internal informational use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, license, or create derivative works from the site or its content except with our written permission or where applicable law expressly permits it.
Any third-party names, marks, or content remain the property of their respective rights holders. No right to use them is granted by these terms.
5. External links and product sites
The site may link to product websites, app stores, service providers, or other resources for convenience. NovaThrive does not control or guarantee third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party site is governed by its own terms and policies. Review them before sharing information or relying on that resource.
Product websites and apps have separate terms and privacy notices. These corporate-site terms do not grant access to a product that is not yet available, create a product account, or regulate product data, cloud services, or content.
6. Contact communications
We welcome product suggestions and constructive feedback by email. Please send only information that is relevant and that you are entitled to share. A message does not create a confidential, advisory, employment, investment, partnership, or other contractual relationship unless we separately agree to one in writing. Do not send trade secrets or highly sensitive information through ordinary email.
You retain any rights you already hold in your feedback. To the extent you have the necessary rights, voluntarily submitting feedback gives NovaThrive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free permission to evaluate, use, adapt, reproduce, and incorporate it into our products or services without compensation or an obligation to implement it. This permission does not apply to unrelated material or intellectual property that you did not intend to submit as feedback.
7. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties. We do not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, current, complete, or free of errors or harmful code. Information may change without notice, and links or previews may stop working. You are responsible for evaluating information before acting on it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaThrive LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from or related to your access to or use of the site. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes and suspension
We may update these terms when the site, our business, or the law changes. We will post the revised version here and update the effective or review date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires another approach. We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue the site or any part of it at any time, including to address security, legal, or operational concerns. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
10. Applicable law and mandatory rights
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent mandatory consumer or other rights require the law of the place where you live to apply. Any dispute will be handled by a court or other forum with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that the law does not allow us to exclude.
11. General terms
If a court finds a provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect and the provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our written consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the site, subject to applicable law. These terms and the policies they expressly incorporate are the complete agreement about use of this corporate website.
