Privacy policy

Effective August 20, 2026 · Last reviewed August 20, 2026

This policy explains how NovaThrive LLC ("NovaThrive", "we", "us") handles information when you visit novathrive.io or email us about the company and its products. It applies to this public corporate website, not to data handled inside a NovaThrive product.

1. Controller and scope

NovaThrive LLC is a software company established in Wyoming, United States, in June 2026. For personal information handled through this corporate website and the communications described here, NovaThrive is the controller or responsible business, as those terms apply under relevant law. This policy covers the website and related email communications handled under the NovaThrive corporate identity.

The website is a static company presentation. It does not provide user accounts, a public posting area, a payment flow, or a contact form.

2. Information we receive

2.1 Information you choose to send

If you email us, we receive the details you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, the content of your inquiry, and information needed to respond. We also receive ordinary communication metadata, such as the time and delivery status of a message, from the providers that carry the communication. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry.

2.2 Limited hosting and security information

When your browser requests a page, the hosting and security network may process limited technical data such as an IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device characteristics, referrer information, and error or security signals. Cloudflare may process this network data to deliver the static site, cache content, detect abuse, and protect its edge network. We do not use this information to build a marketing profile.

We do not intentionally collect product account data, user-generated content, precise location, contacts, or payment information through this corporate website.

3. How we use information and legal bases

We use the limited information described above to:

  • respond to inquiries and requests sent through our contact channel;
  • operate, maintain, and improve the availability of this static website;
  • prevent abuse, investigate security events, and keep the website reliable;
  • understand and meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.

Depending on the circumstances and the law that applies, these activities rely on taking steps at your request, our legitimate interests in communicating with people and securing the website, and compliance with a legal obligation. Where consent is required, we will ask for it before relying on it. We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects through this website.

4. Disclosures, providers, and transfers

We may disclose information to service providers that help host, secure, maintain, or support the website and our communications, and to advisors, authorities, or other recipients when disclosure is required or permitted by law. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and are expected to protect it under their agreements and applicable law.

Cloudflare provides the hosting, content-delivery, and security layer for the static site. Because its network is global, a request may be processed in a jurisdiction different from where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on safeguards available under the relevant provider agreement, including contractual clauses where they apply. Cloudflare's privacy policy and data processing addendum describe its processing and transfer safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose it for cross-site behavioral advertising, and we do not rent contact details to marketers.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the risk. These measures include encrypted connections, access controls, data minimization, and security monitoring at the hosting edge where available. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use care when choosing what to send through an open contact channel.

6. Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, continue a business conversation, document a decision, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation. The period depends on the nature of the inquiry, whether the conversation remains active, and any applicable legal or record-keeping requirement. Hosting and security records are retained according to the provider's configuration, terms, and security requirements. We may retain a minimal record longer where law, security, or a legal claim requires it.

Once information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or remove its identifying details. Copies held in ordinary backups or provider systems may persist until their normal secure rotation cycle.

7. Cookies, analytics, and marketing

This corporate site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, marketing cookies, behavioral profiling, or sale-oriented tracking. The static pages do not set optional cookies. A hosting or security layer may process strictly necessary request data or use a mechanism needed to deliver and protect a request; that technical processing is not used for advertising.

If you choose light or dark mode, the site stores that display preference in your browser's local storage under the name novathrive-theme. It is used only to remember your theme, is not used to identify or track you, and remains until you change it or clear this site's data in your browser.

8. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, you may have the right to ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or provide a portable copy of personal information we hold about you. You may also object to certain processing, withdraw consent where we rely on consent, or complain to a data-protection authority in the place where you live, work, or believe a violation occurred.

To make a request, email hello@novathrive.io with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to ask for information that confirms your identity, and some requests may be limited by legal exceptions or by information held independently by a communication or hosting provider.

9. Children

This corporate website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us so we can assess and remove it where appropriate.

10. Product-specific policies

Products and apps in the NovaThrive portfolio have their own privacy notices and terms, published before the relevant product becomes available or begins a new form of processing. Those product policies govern product accounts, app data, cloud services, and other product flows. This corporate policy does not extend those practices to this website, and it does not replace a product-specific notice.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, our communications, or the law changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective or review date above. If a change is material, we will provide a more visible notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the website after an update means the revised policy applies to future activity, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
